Lowering the barriers to Climate Action

I loved the collaboration. Instead of being “talked at”, the opportunity to truly engage, learn and think together was engaging and fun

I found extremely valuable to meet with great professionals who are passionate and concened about the climate. The exchanges of knowledge, ideas, and emotions was highly insightful.

The content was delivered in a low-stress environment which promoted flat communication and a free flow of ideas. While the different phenomenons discussed were backed by scientific data, the information was not only digestible – but more importantly, it was “actionable” in the sense that it equipped participants with baseline knowledge to drive future conversations.

I learned about a comprehensive perspective on climate change, and to place the origins, impacts and solutions of climate change.

It is a learning experince that I never had before and I will tell many people about

Climate Fresk helps participants visualize the complex challenges of our world’s climate problem, understand downstream connections, and allows people to begin considering how to work together to tackle climate problems.

The workshop helped me fill a few knowledge gaps about climate change and I got to think about how different parts actually inform one another. Also learned about how to communicate with people regarding climate change in an accessible way.

I loved how it showed the relationships, cycles, causes and effects of climate change. I think I understood parts in pieces, but it was really helpful to put it all together.

I loved the collaborative nature of the session, and the opportunity to combine a variety of opinions, perspectives, and even lenses in how other represented countries in my group understand and view this issue.
